An incentive event combining power, design, and breathtaking scenery: this is how Real Luxury accompanied a large Argentinian company on a unique experience, a Lamborghini Tour starting from Milan and heading to Lake Como, crossing some of the most fascinating landscapes of Northern Italy.

The program turned a day of team building into a true journey of emotions, elegance, and performance, with a fleet of thirteen Lamborghinis that made this event unforgettable. 

The protagonists: thirteen Lamborghinis

One of the most spectacular highlights of the event was the fleet of thirteen Lamborghinis, selected in different models able to express all the nuances of the Sant’Agata Bolognese brand.

• Lamborghini Huracán STO: powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10, designed for track performance. Thanks to a lightweight structure and advanced aerodynamics, it reaches a top speed of about 310 km/h, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in around 3 seconds.
• Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato: conceived to tackle unpaved roads as well, it features a ride height raised by about 44 mm compared to the EVO, dedicated suspension, “Rally” mode, and all-wheel drive. It also uses the 5.2-liter V10 producing about 610 hp, with 0–100 km/h in ~3.4 s and a top speed around 260 km/h.
• Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica: positioned between the EVO and the STO, it keeps the naturally aspirated V10 and combines track performance with greater road versatility. It delivers a declared top speed of around 325 km/h, with sharp acceleration and improved comfort compared to the STO.
• Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule: the Lamborghini super-SUV, powered by a 3,996 cc twin-turbo V8 producing about 650 hp, with a top speed of ~305 km/h and 0–100 km/h in about 3.6 s. It features all-wheel drive, an 8-speed automatic transmission, on-road and off-road driving modes (ANIMA), and exclusive finishes including 23" wheels, pearl paint exteriors, and custom Alcantara interiors.
• Lamborghini Urus SE and Urus S: powerful, technology-rich versions of the Urus SUV, delivering high performance, comfort, and dynamic capability, ideal for mixed routes at high speeds. (Technical specs similar to the Urus Pearl in terms of engine and drivetrain.) 

The presence of such diverse models ensured a unique mix of pure adrenaline, comfort, sporty handling, and off-road capability, offering participants a stimulating and well-rounded driving experience, perfect for a high-level incentive. 

Departure from Milan

The tour began at Hotel Villa La Torretta, an elegant meeting point on the outskirts of Milan. Here, the participants found the supercars accurately prepared for the day: an extraordinary sight that immediately set the tone for the experience. After the initial briefing and driving instructions, the convoy left the city heading towards Lake Como, along a route designed to enhance the power and precision of the cars. 

A coffee break overlooking Lake Annone

The first stop was at Bianca Relais, a refined residence overlooking Lake Annone. The intimate and tranquil atmosphere of this body of water, less known than the nearby Lake Como but no less charming, provided the perfect setting for a refreshing coffee break. Participants enjoyed a moment of relaxation while admiring the view before getting back behind the wheel. 

The thrill of driving to Bellagio

Departing from Bianca Relais, the convoy skirted the shores of Lake Como, taking roads of extraordinary beauty alternating between panoramic curves and unforgettable views. The destination was Bellagio, the “pearl of the lake,” reached with a spectacular entrance through the historic center. 

Lunch with a view at Villa Serbelloni

The highlight of the day was lunch on the Terrace of Villa Serbelloni, one of the most prestigious and iconic venues on Lake Como. Located in a unique position in the very heart of Bellagio, the villa offers a privileged view of where the two branches of the lake meet, with a panorama embracing mountains, sparkling waters, and the elegant profiles of historic villas. 

The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni has always been a symbol of refined Italian culture and hospitality. Its history stretches back centuries and through the footsteps of illustrious travelers. Today, besides being a benchmark for luxury tourism, it represents a true cultural treasure: the gardens, terraces, historic architecture, and interiors exemplify classical elegance combined with modern comfort.

Dining on the terrace of Villa Serbelloni was not only a gastronomic experience but an immersion in timeless charm. The carefully curated service harmonized haute cuisine, scenic refinement, and an exclusive panorama: the lake seen from above, with boats, calm waters, and lush greenery, turned every course into a moment of contemplation. 

The group switch

The incentive event included two groups: while the first drove the Lamborghinis along the Milan–Bellagio route in the morning, the second group reached Villa Serbelloni after a program of guided tours through Lake Como’s villages. Here, after lunch on the terrace, the handover took place: the second group took the wheel, ready to experience the adrenaline of driving firsthand. 

The return to Milan

The return route followed the same path as the outbound journey, with another stop at Bianca Relais for an afternoon coffee break this time bathed in the light of the sunset. The experience concluded with the return to Villa La Torretta, the final stop of the tour. 

A tailor-made experience

The combination of a scenic itinerary, stops in exclusive locations, and the chance to drive some of Sant’Agata’s most iconic models transformed the day into a valuable experience, blending team spirit with personal emotions.
