For the majority of international travelers who arrive in Italy, Tuscany and Liguria are always two essential stops on their trip to Italy. So why not combine them in a single Ferrari itinerary for a dream weekend also arriving in the charming French Rivera?

Departure from Florence

Florence is the heart of Tuscany and the point where the majority of travelers who arrive in Tuscany or more generally in Italy for their stay stop. A visit to the beauties of Florence is absolutely unmissable and this wonderful city can be used as a basepoint for trips of one or more days in Tuscany and other Italian regions. It is in fact from here that the itinerary we suggest for a weekend in a Ferrari between Italy and the French Riviera starts. Obviously, it is possible both to do it independently by renting a Ferrari in Florence from Real Luxury and to rely on Real Luxury as well but for a complete tour. In this last way guests don’t have to deal with the organization and can be sure of living only authentic, local and high-level experiences.

Forte dei Marmi

The first stop of this itinerary is only an hour and a half by car from Florence and is one of the pearls of Versilia: one of the most exclusive areas of the Tuscan Riviera. Versilia is in fact recognized as an exclusive destination for travelers looking for a holiday that encompasses fun, nature, shopping and high-level food and wine options. Forte dei Marmi directly overlooks the sea and has a maritime soul but with an exclusive mix between trendy beaches, boutiques of major international brands and nightlife. Its tree-lined avenues and its relaxed atmosphere make it a perfect destination to relax for a couple of hours and go shopping!

Cinque Terre

The Cinque Terre are undoubtedly one of the most famous places in Italy. These five small seaside villages are particularly beautiful thanks to the crystal clear sea, colorful houses and Mediterranean vegetation. Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore are very small and can be visited on foot in a short time but they are also very crowded and to visit each town it is necessary to leave the car outside the town and continue on foot. The visit of this area in complete calm would require a couple of days. So if you still want to include this stop in your weekend itinerary by Ferrari, we advise you to choose just one village or leave these places for a more in-depth view on another occasion; perhaps seeing them from above with one of the helicopter flights of our partner Flytesla

Santa Margherita Ligure

Then continuing by car along the coast you come to Santa Margherita Ligure which is one of the pearls of the Tigullio coast and is characterized by a picturesque historic center with colorful houses, artisan shops and a wide promenade where you can stroll, sunbath or embark to discover the cost.

Portofino

The Ferrrai tour does not stop here because the iconic Portofino is just a few minutes' drive from Santa Margherita Ligure. Portofino needs no introduction; it is in fact enclosed in a wonderful natural bay between green hills and blue sea and its colorful houses and elegant atmosphere have made it an icon of the Italian Riviera and of the Dolce Vita atmosphere. Leave the car for a stop in the square and have a walk to see the wonderful panorama of the town and the gulf from Castello Brown!

Mentone

It's time to start your Ferrari tour in the French Riviera! Mentone is in fact the first town you meet after the border between Italy and France and is a perfect mix of these two nationalities with a unique blend of natural beauty, historical architecture and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The city is famous for its picturesque old town, with narrow streets, colorful houses and a lively market. A walk here is absolutely unmissable!

Monaco

A short distance from the picturesque Mentone is the iconic Monaco where certainly Ferraris are widely spread. The city captivates visitors with its enchanting charm and exclusive offer. This place also boasts splendid views of the Mediterranean, immaculate beaches and a picturesque old town perched on a cliff. With its blend of elegance, stunning scenery and a vibrant social scene, Monaco promises an unforgettable experience for any selective traveler.

Eze

Our weekend itinerary between Italy and the French Riviera ends with a visit to Eze, a wonderful ancient town perched on top of a hill overlooking the blue waters of the Côte d'Azur. Eze is indeed a charming medieval village that enchants visitors with its timeless beauty, with its narrow cobbled streets, ancient stone buildings and panoramic views.
